Through your personalized ranking on 34 specific talents, you’ll discover your unique strengths and learn how they can unlock your potential, ultimately leading you to greater performance.

Your Red Chair Group CliftonStrengths Coach will:

  • Facilitate you and/or your team’s individual assessments.
  • Provide coaching on how to intentionally use your strengths and draw from your top skills to improve.
  • Help you explore why and to whom you should delegate or find support in specific areas.
  • Work with your leadership team on how to best align your team based on the result.
